DOTS FAMILY

DOTS. Precision in every dot. Character in every bottle.

The DOTS series features highly acclaimed, single-varietal wines from indigenous Greek grapes — each with a refined and complex character. The name “DOTS” refers to the optical illusion on the label — a pointillist-inspired design where the name of each variety subtly emerges from a field of colored dots.

These wines are cultivated in outstanding terroirs and vinified with minimal intervention, always with one goal in mind: to express the character and origin of each variety with clarity and honesty.

DOTS. Crafted in dots. Defined by origin.

DOTS Vindiano

A wine of impressive depth and refined character, born in the mountainous vineyards of Crete.

Made from 100% Vidiano, DOTS Vindiano is crafted to express the elegance and complexity of this rising indigenous variety. After grape cooling at 5°C, careful sorting is followed by whole-cluster pressing in vertical pneumatic presses.

Fermentation takes place spontaneously in four different vessel types — clay amphorae, concrete tanks, large 600L oak barrels and stainless steel tanks — adding multiple layers of texture and expression. The wine is then aged for 6 to 9 months in old oak barrels, concrete and stainless steel tanks, and is then blended and bottled unfiltered.

Variety: Vidiano 100%

Region: Heraklion, Crete

Color: Bright lemon-yellow with greenish highlights

Aromatics: Citrus fruits, white flowers and subtle spice notes

Palate: Rich and multidimensional body, with lively acidity and a long, refined finish
