This is why we only work with indigenous Greek grapes, sourced from a network of visionary growers across the country.
No estate vineyards. Just deep respect for collaboration, nature, old vines, and hands that farm with intention. Our growers are our family and the base of Oenops wines.
We support them in each step and we are proud to walk this journey together. In our winery, we keep things simple. No heavy oak. No masking.

APLA Rosé
A celebration of simplicity and Greek terroir.
Three indigenous varieties from three distinct regions — Xinomavro from Macedonia, Mavroudi from Thrace, and Limniona from Thessaly — are brought together in a bold yet elegant rosé that blends character with exceptional taste.
Each variety is vinified separately, with grape cooling at 5°C, careful sorting, and gentle pressing in pneumatic presses (including a small percentage of whole clusters). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks, followed by 2 to 4 months of aging on the fine lees — building texture, depth and aromatic complexity.
Blend: Xinomavro 50%, Mavroudi 30%, Limniona 20%

Aromatics: Tangerine, orange, white cherries, strawberries — with a distinctive hint of tomato
Palate: Full-bodied and layered, with notes of wild strawberry and raspberry, wrapped in a savory finish

APLA Red
An ode to effortless moments and timeless vines.
Crafted as a summer red that’s light in structure yet rich in character, this wine brings together indigenous varieties in a fresh, fruit-forward expression of Greek terroir.
After careful grape sorting, a short cold soak is followed by a slow fermentation in a mix of stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks, and old open-top barrels.
Vinified separately, with aging for 9 months before the final blending this wine allows purity, texture and vibrancy to emerge naturally.
Blend: Xinomavro 50%, Limniona 30%, Mavroudi 20%

Aromatics: Juicy cherry, fresh berries and a subtle hint of tomato leaf
Palate: Smooth, balanced and fruit-driven, with soft texture and a fresh, easy-drinking finish
